Set back off Tucker Avenue, on University Road, the Madrona Court Apartments are located on a very quiet street on San Juan Island. Madrona Court consists of twelve large, one-bedroom apartment homes with private parking, (one parking space), private storage, and private patio. (Six up; six down).

Water, sewer and trash are provided by the Town of Friday Harbor, and are included in the monthly lease amount.

Direct TV and DSL are available at additional cost.

Our apartment homes feature electric stove and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer.  Dual pane windows for those chilly evenings, and spacious storage. Zone heating. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. A large eating counter or business office space, along with a formal dining area. With two floor plans to choose from, there is no doubt we have the perfect apartment home for you. Downtown Friday Harbor’s best restaurants are a short walk away, and you have endless options for dinner.

History

Madrona Court Apartments was built by the Christ Brothers in 1990. In 2003, the Madrona Court Apartments was purchased by Ron and Vicki Warden. After the purchase, extensive renovation, updating and remodeling occurred. The Madrona Court Apartments are personally managed by Ron and Vicki Warden. We do not use property management on island, or off island. The Madrona Court Apartments are continually updated and highly maintained.

Pets

Indoor cats are allowed with the execution of the “Cat Addendum Agreement”, and additional deposit. No other pets are allowed on the Madrona Court Apartments property. No dogs. This includes guests, visitors, invitees, and their pets.

Our Promise to You

Upon timely notification of a deficiency in your apartment home, ex: failed hot water tank, we promise to have deficiencies corrected by the end of the business day
